Best suited for clients who
- Do not have the necessary hardware.
- Have no IT support personnel to help maintain the hardware and Internet. For this plan, our engineer will provide Next Business Day On-Site Support if our hardware malfunctions. We provide 1 - 1 swap of all not working hardware during the contract period.
- have the necessary hardware, but who needs a website or maintenance, or hosting services, but don't wish to incur additional costs. You can choose other related services, like our FREE site, of FREE Domain Name Registration / Renewal, or even make use of our Network Maintenance, in which our engineer will also provide Phone and On-Site support for your networking hardware.
Terms & Conditions
- Contract Period : 24 mths
- All prices does not include the mandatory 5% GST yet.
- Payment must be made by GIRO. Non-GIRO payment, additional S$5.00 (monthly)
- One month notice is required for termination via email, post or fax. (Must fufil the contractual terms prior to termination)
- Simpleworx Pte Ltd will access the given problem, and will only provide On-Site Support if necessary. Phone Support will be provided first.
